downpipe question

can i run a hks 3 inch downpipe with the rest of my exhaust system stock? so baisicly running 3" dp into a 2.5" catback pipe

HKS downpipe is not 3", but yes you can.

u sure the hks dp isnt 3" thats what it said on wrxhookup.com

The hks downpipe is a flat flange piece of crap. Save your money and buy almost any downpipe out there besides hks if you want to make any kind of power. I'm going for BPM's.
