Downpipe or cat-back?

Would a Cobb Downpipe or a Borla Hush give me more with my set up?

Currently I have:
Vishnu Uppipe
Samco IC hoses
Cobb Accessport
JDM STi 6-MT
Exedy 14lb flywheel

I do intend to do both, but am wondering which I should do first to get the most initially.

Thanks

dp would yield more hp if tuned.

There are more parts that restrict flow in the dp than the cat-back.

thanks
that confirms what i thought
it also looks like i can go to Cobb stage 2 (sub-optimal performance) with a downpipe.
