down-pipe up-pipe?
Everyone is gonna have a different opinion. You need to research whats good for you. As far as uppipes go though, there is 1 essential thing. If you live in a climate where the temp flucuated, ie.. cold newengland, then you want an uppipe with a flex-joint. this is so when the temp changes the pipe can expand and contract a bit and not run a risk of fatiguing and or cracking.

I wouldn't bother with the hks unless you are looking for the cheapest dp going. Perrins dp's are good. IMO the C.E.S. Racing systems turbobacks and downpipes are the best thing going. I run the dp03 turboback on my legacy turbo and it is nothing short of amazing! check out http://www.msr-usa.com/c_e_s__racing_exhaust.htm
The dp's ceramic coated. The systems listed are their top systems.
They will work with you to do almost anything you want in terms of resonators, tips, stainless or mild steel ect.. Great company to deal with. I highly recommend them.
