do get a new clutch, flywheel, etc. per the subaru technical bulliten, all for free, especially when your stock one slips!

You mean that I can get a new clutch and flywheel just if I bring my car into the dealership? Is there a recall? I haven't heard anything about it. I have a 2002 WRX.

uhh you haven't heard about the shudder? if you have i think 98 to 2002 impreza's(including the 02' wrx). there is a service bulletin out for a clutch shudder. its not a recall so they don't HAVE to replace it, but most places will, even though they will probably give you a lot of crap about it. anyway go to the transmission section or general section, TONS of stuff on the clutch shudder. i had mine done and its a totally different car. so much better!
