Conlficting flow rates for IHI and other bolt on turbos
I have been browsing some sites trying to figure the flow rates of some options for turbo upgrades and no 2 sites have the same info. Some have stated that the VF30 flows 550cfm while the VF22 flows 500cfm, another site states the big 16g and VF34 both flow 550cfm. WTF??? I am going crazy trying to find a bolt on turbo that flows ~600-650cfm at around 16-18psi and NOT be past its efficiency. I read on this site that ALL IHI turbos flow under 500cfm in that psi range . ANY body elso come across this conflicting info??
Also is this thread correct in the CFM?
https://www.i-club.com/forums/showth...ghlight=650cfm
Also any links to the IHI compressor maps as well as FPGreen, 18g, 20g, 16g, and Big 16g?

looking at this compressor map:

it seems that the 18g will meet my flow needs and still have some room for increased boost. Is this the correct compressor map?
