check engine light on deceleration

check engine light on deceleration
Ok so, in any gear it seems after decelerating for a moment the check engine light comes on. But as soon as you step on the clutch it goes away. Any ideas? It has never happened until today when it happened about 6 times. Thanks for any help.

Have someone with an OBD-II scan tool read the actual trouble code for the CEL. There is a list of trouble codes in the service manual and a copy is posted in the 'sticky' thread at the top of the thread listings in this forum ("Threads of Note, aka "Where did all the stickies go?").
