Are you talking about the O2 sensor cell?
If so, get 2 spark plug anti-foulers in 18mm size. Take a 1/2 inch drill and drill a hole right in the center of 1 of them. Then take the one with the drilled hole and screw it into the other one. Then take the O2 sensor and screw it into that.
Basically it is just a spacer for your O2 sensor. The readings the O2 sensor will get is similar to the readings it would get if you still had a cat. It cost me $5 and I have not had a cel in ~3000 miles.
