hey guys I recently just installed my vf39 setup including a tune by mike at gst. However, I've been getting CELs lately usually engine misfire codes PO300, 301, 302, 303 but I do not feel any knocking or anything obvious that something is going wrong. My kit include: vf39, sti tmic, walbro fuel pump, deatschwerk 565cc injectors. It seems like after changing my oil I have been getting CELS? changed 5w30 mobil 1.

 

change your spark plugs lately?

also, do you have an upgraded clutch?

 

no i havent changed spark plugs yet I have 52k miles but I do have exedy organic clutch and ACT streetlite flywheel...could be the flywheel?

 

it's the flywheel. My car does the exact same thing. It'll start flashing sometimes when you are leaving from a stop too huh

 

hm...well the thing is before the vf39 upgrade i only got 1 cel n it was flashing after the clutch and fly but the thing is when i get the missfire cels now it does not flash it just stays on

 

yeah, like I said, mine does the same thing. Added power increases the misfire readings. Are you getting anything other than the misfires?

 

no...just the missfire codes...i will soon get the spark plugs changed hopefully its the cause of the problem if not it can be the injectors...or possibly the mobil 1 oil which said formulated for trucks and suv?

 

dalm you still get the engine light? i thought it went away. i dont know much about subaru but ill b willing to help in any way. haha need more radiator fluids? haha

 

you need to change your plugs too
