BOV Question
TRUE THAT...but the sound is fun...I got a GFB Hybrid that 50% recirculates so I don't get the shifting bog that the 100% atmospheric ones get
However my sound isn't as loud as the rest (it's a woooosh rather than a pssshhhhh)

Diverter/recirculating valves will give more performance beifits because they keep the chargepipes pressurized to keep spool up and keep an "overly rich" condition from happening durring the shifts. The rich condition happens by venting of air that has already been metered by the MAF so the computer is still going to try and fuel for that air mass.

both of these posts are true......but if you really want to get one just for the sound then by all means get one. it doesnt hurt to just put on the aftermarket bov once in awile. i do this all the time. i got the turbo xs rfl bov, although i wouldnt recomend it because it might be too loud for your tastes...maybe you should try a Blitz bov.
