Bov Question!!!!

Just wondering if anyone knows about this? I have a blitz DD bov and it sounded really good, untill I started modding my car! Anyone know why the sound would have changed? The allen screw on the top of the bov is all the way out does it need to be screwed in a little more? Anyways, the mods I currently have along with the bov are, (silencer mod, BLITZ TURBO TIMER, TXS shorty intake, TXS UP, TXS DP, TXS adaptor pipe, HKS CARBON-TI CAT BACK). If anyone has a suggestion on this please let me know, thanks!!!!

when u say the sound changes, does it sound like a fluttering noise? if that is the case, then u need to stiffen your springs.

No the sound is alot quieter then before you can hardly hear it. I was thinking maybe the bolt is to far out letting the piston open up to much and letting the air out to fast or something?

check and see if during idle its open at all. if it is open then it needs to be tightened cause its leaking air.

also try this, on my turbo xs rfl, i can unscrew the cap where i can add washers in to adjust the spring tension. while the cap is off, take the thing that actually closes the wastegate, and make sure that nothing is blocking it, or it's smooth cuz i found a fine grain of metal stuck in mines, and it was causing the wastegate to stay open and was leaking air.
