BOV help, I think its broken

OK 2 years ago I got a GFB BOV and it was all the way open and was loud, then I put in on half for a year and now put it back to full and i dont hear anything for the last few months since I changed it, what could be wrong?????????????

also what do you guys think if the hks dual sequential bov?????? my friend told me to get it

i think that the HKS SS is actually a good BOV. if i had some sort of V6 turbo car i.e supra/300zx i'd get the HKS. i uno about the sound though. It's pretty high pitched. then again, you can just get the inserts.

BOVs shouldn't vary that much. I mean they won't really make you faster.

sorry been awhile, lot going on, what does the blitz and sard sound so much better for

Also what kind of LUBE do I need for that thing???????????
In normal situations in life the KY always does the job hehe

When I have to lube up my GFB, I just spray a little WD-40 into the vent horn onto the gold piston with the car shut off and let it sit for a few minutes.

I have heard problems w/ BOVs and cats.

What is the concern with those and how do you avoid it?
Something to do with venting to 50% instead of atmosphere?

Please someone fill me in....
