I've had the HKS ssqv bov before and my idle was fine. The only problem with it was that it (like all 100% atmospheric bov) made my car rich during shifts. I usually spit a grip of smoke out when going from a full 3rd to 4th shift at full boost.

But i sold mine...cause it was a bit tooo blingy for me and I don't want all the attention that the little chirper gives.

I'd say to invest in a GFB hybrid 50/50 bov or some type of recirculation one.

My 60 cents

If you want to hear your stock BoV, just remove the airbox.

as navwrx said....the stock is the best.

but i sold my HKS and put back on the stock...because i don't want all the attention and want go-fast parts. A plus is that if i cop asks to see under my hood.....its allllll stock baby
