I recently installed and autometer boost guage on my car full mechanical, i have an up pipe, TBE, and intake. When i floor the car the boost guage just goes wild, the needle jsut goes crazy it flys back from 0 to 15 real fast.

 

Start with the easy stuff first. Check the hose and make sure there are no kinks. Sometimes it gets wrapped up near the steering column, firewall or somewhere around that area. I'd check the T-fitting as well.
