I'm about to get an HKS EVC V.

My question is what are the factory boost levels on an 04 WRX. Is it 14psi's?

I don't want to raise boost until fuel/turbo upgrades, I just want to stabilize creep, and spikes, from the addition of a DP and UP pipe, which are my only mods so far.

Will 14-15 psi's be rock solid on CA crappy 91 octane?

Yes 14-15 will be fine, just do not go above 16. It *could* handle it but i wouldnt risk it.

I'm hoping the EVC will hold that number consistenly as I've seen posts of low boost in lower gears from the stock controller. 14-15 in all gears tapering to 13 towards red would be the shiet.
