Blitz or HKS BOV?

i'm getting a bov, what's better the hks or blitz bov? i've heard the hks and like it, how much different is the blitz?

dont bother gettin a bov if u have the stock turbo. spend the money suspension parts, or a really uber jdm red hazzard button

The blitz is not as loud as the hks. I have read that if you change the spring inside the blitz, the sound should be more distinct but it still wont be as ear piercing as the hks...
