8.5WHP+ @ 6000RPM on a STI...? Anyone tried or has this product?..
The Super Ground System maximizes electrical component efficiency by combining an electrical grounding system with a battery current and voltage stabilization control unit. The control unit features an electrical charging system and electrical noise filter. By doubling the condensor and noise filters, the ground system allows the vehicle to produce the maximum electrical stability and noise reduction for all electrical components.
- Increased torque response.
- Increased fuel efficiency.
-Decreased Audio static.
-Eliminates drop in power when air conditioning is used.

i got it in my car, my first mod actually hahah
anyway, in one of my dsports from last year they installed it on their project STi and it made like 9whp...so i grounded mine exactly the same as the pictures, not a huge noticable difference but i did notice it was smoother, car started up easier, but 9hp is kinda hard to judge, but what they hell, its not like its hurt the scoob, and it looks pretty jammy too

I don't believe a single HP comes from grounding kits. Having said that I do have Paranoid Fabrictaions grounding kit in my '05 OBS.
Grounding kits seem to help out the older cars with 'grounding issues' and will clean up idle speed, smooth rpms, slightly brighter headlights etc. With a late model car it will help with the low rpm surging we have in the lower gears (say, 2000 rpm in first gear).
They can't hurt anything and they will dress an engine bay up to a certain degree.
Check out Paranoid's stuff: http://www.camotoy.com/products/subaru/index.php
He has a very HIGH quality product and you can choose your color of high guage wire. Red, Blue, Yellow, Silver & Black. The price is fair $35-$70 depending on the kit you want.

Ground is ground... the car either completes the circut or dosen't.
If you must do a "grounding kit" Just go to CSK and spend $10 for a couple of generic ground straps

im happy with it, i guess i could take a pic of where i grounded everything, but its pretty easy, just ground on the intake manifold at 3 corners

here's a close up of where they ran the lines and grounded them:
heres the dyno! hahah im glad i bought the A'PEXi sgs:

the caption says: "The A'PEX Intergration Super Grounding System (SGS) also delivered gains from 4200 rpm until redline. Gains were as high as 13 horsepower with the peak horsepower being pushed by an 8.5 additional horsepower."
enjoy and youre welcome bia biaz!
