apex intake?

I had purchased my car for Tustin Mitsubishi some time ago. The car came with an INJEN CAI. I removed that and decided to try out the SPT short ram.

I own a 2005 WRX. Since I dont have the heat shield nor do I have a stock air intake box + hosing. Would the APEX'i intake and airbox be a good substitute? I've yet to see the thing @ the forums.

So if anyone can comment or have a picture they can pass off. that would be great. thanks.

My current mods are:

NVIDIA UP-PIPE
NVIDIA DOWN-PIPE
JIC 505 BULLET 3" EXHAUST
RE-FLASH
SPT SHORT RAM

your comments are appreciated.

Keep the SPT, its factory and proven not to mess up your car. Either SPT or cobb.
