I know it's not the same thing, but I have the Borla ProXS muffler and I love it! Dyno charts and sound files are here.

Thanks for the replies, guys. I was asking because summitracing.com has the cat-back Borla for the WRX for $399 which seems like a great deal.

That is a great deal for a cat-back with a lifetime warranty. I had the Borla cat-back on my car for about 6 months. I changed it out to a 3" complete turboback when I put in my VF30, injectors, etc.
I was very happy with the Borla and it's sound. Be warned, it is a little loud and droned in my wagon on the freeway.

I got this system installed form the dealer as an option.. people who dont know the wrx is a 4 banger dont beleive me when i tell them it is a 4.. I love it!!!! its loud enough to be noticed by the right people (not the cops)
