Yesterday I noticed that I was only boosting 10 pounds. Smooth accelleration with no hesitation, just would not get above 10 pounds. Checked my hoses, noticed that the one running to the waste gate selinoid was partially crimped under my IC (APS TMIC) and on top of the water line to turbo. I replaced this hose but made it a little longer to run under the water line. I have an utec with the abc boost controller. My questions are: Which hose is the restrictor in (the one I replaced seem to have nothing in it) and would changing the length of hose affect it. Now I have lots of hesitation with jerking at boost. Of note, I also reset the ECU and reloaded my UTEC maps.
