i have heard of a few wrx that run the 16g turbo. can that turbo be supported by a stock fuel system? i have a fuel pump, would that take care of the fuel system. another question i have is this a good efficient turbo to put in the wrx. i know lots of dsms use it but havent heard to much about it in the rex.

to run a 16g you need to a) get one with an IHI turbine housing to mate up to the WRX up and downpipes, or b) get a kit that includes up and downpipes (like the buschur racing kit). the stock fuel system probably won't support that turbo very well. it barely supports a VF34 (and at that performance needs to be restricted) and the 16g flows a bit more than that. you'll need the standards: injectors, pump, and engine management. as for good and efficient, yep, it'd be a good match.

With ANY turbo larger than the stock turbo you will need bigger injectors, a 255l/hr fp and engine management to be safe.
