Engine/Power - EJ20T (pre-2006 WRX and JDM) There is replacement for displacement, it is forced induction - OEM 2.0 liter turbo engines in the USDM WRX. 90-94 Legacy Turbo EJ22 turbo engines can also be discussed here.

I Have A 02 Blue Wrx With:

Dastek Boost Controller (boosting 16 Lbs On Stock Turbo)
Paranoid Fabrications Grounding Kit

What Horsepower Should I Be Looking At And What 1/4 Mile Should I Be Doing? I Run Srt-4's, Gto's, Mustang Gt's And Cobras, 350z's, Ect. All Day Long Like Nothing. Thanks 4 The Help.

At 16 PSI on the stock turbo you are making no more than 220whp and are still looking at a high 13/low 14 in the 1/4 mile. If you are "running" all those cars you claim (and street racing talk is not kosher on this forum) then they are totally factory cars driven by people who are backing off the throttle before you are.

My 02 has an APS 3" turboback, APS up-pipe, STI intercooler and a professional ECUtek tune topping at 16.3psi, and I am at 216whp/230 tq. Your header, inlet pipe and fuel management system are totally irrelevant and wasted here; you are still on the stock injectors, fuel pump and turbo, which come first in the power chain before the other mods kick in. The intercooler is also too large for that turbo, you are probably seeing a pressure drop of 1 to 2 psi across the core. I'm not saying these things to rain on your parade, I want you to protect the investment you have here -- take it to a shop and get a professional tuner's opinion and some real dyno time, at least before you take it to a track.

These wrx Run A 14.4 1/4 Mile Stock. The Srt-4's Run A 13.9-14 Flat At The 1/4 And The 1 I Ran Had A Stage 2 Turbo So It Was Alot Faster. I Know What U Trying 2 Say But Theres Just No Way Im Still Running A 14. Me And This Guy In The Srt Ran From A Dead Stop All The Way 2 120mph And I Stayed Ahead The Whole Time By 3-4 Cars And He Even Took Off Before Me. I Also Felt A Real Difference When I Put On My Header, inlet pipe And Fuel Management System, It Runs Alot Faster And Stronger because it used 2 run lean and now it doesnt and theres better airflow even tho i no longer get the boxer engine sound.

Thanks 4 Responding. I'll Let You Know If I Find Out Anything Else If I Get It Dynoed Or Go 2 The Track.
