check out www.evailmotorsports.com We have cheap cel fixes. You have to wire it into the rear o2 sensor. They will work on your for the p0420 cat code.

It is almost certainly the Borlas. They lose a lot of heat due to the lack of heat shields, insulation, and being single wall tubing instead of the stock double wall. This makes it impossible or at best difficult for the catalytic converter to reach operating temp. Put your stockers back on, reset the ECU, and get smogged. The Borlas won't pass the visual anyway. In fact, nothing will pass the visual except for a catback system.

Wrapping and painting the Borlas might do the trick. I plan to coat mine and then wrap them once I get my turbo kit put together. I will probably do it before then to verify that it gets rid of the CEL. I have heard though that Borla voids their warranty if you wrap them, but I don't think it's a big deal. The worst that can hapen to them is they need a bit of welding on a crack.
