can anyone tune emanage ultimate well or recomend a good tuer will pay $$$$$ for a good tuner ASAP!!!!

Why the hell would you pick that when you have so many application specific engine management out there.The E-manage is geared more for n/a turbo kit tuning.

^^^ correct... e-manage is usefull for applications where nothing else is available. For a Subaru, a reflash is the only way to go IMO.
