You might also check with Dynoflash to make sure they are willing to tune your UTEC. Many tuners can tune a UTEC-equipped car but some don't want to use anything other their licensed tuning tools. It is, of course, their choice to make.

From what I've read you should go one heat range colder for every 75–100hp you increase so I'd guess 1 step colder NGK coppers or platinum's. They say Coppers are better for performance but since it's such a PITA to change the plugs in our horizontally opposed engines I always go with platinum's since they last longer.
FYI, I'm running Cobb stage 2 with the OE turbo in my car and I have no 1st hand experience with your setup. Your best bet might be to ask your tuner what heat range to go with but I'm pretty sure he will tell you to go 1 step colder.
Wingless Wonder brings up a good point but I'm guessing you and the tuner have talked this over already.

Here are some part #s but I'd double check before buying since I'm only 99% sure they're right.

NGK/Platinum/BKR7EGP/WRX/one step colder
