Car Info: WRX wagon, VS2 A spec
You can tap into the water cooler hose near your turbo that goes into the radiator top tank or into the big hose that goes into your radiator.

You will need some fittings between the hoses. Check out projectwrx.com, I believe there is a write up on it.

Another option is to purchase an adapter like this. http://www.omorimeter.co.jp/n05-05.gif
