Utec questions

Does the Utec have a CEL fix built in? I plan on buying one next week, but I don't know if I should also buy Perrin's CEL fix. The CEL I am referring to is caused by the intake I think. Also, I have an Apex A-VCR and S-AFC, will these interfere with the Utec, should I just get rid of them? Sorry for being a noob.

you wouldn't need the Safc anymore when you use the utec to control fuel... but i'll keep the AVC-R tho...
