Nick, I know it would be nice to run no MAF on your setup but also consider that the car is going to run 10 times better if you do run a MAF. The Utec is more then ample to control your setup and you could be enjoying stock like drivability. You could use any large sized MAF housing and adapt your Denso sensor in. Stock size is 2.5999 inches inside diameter. A 3 inch housing would be overkill on your setup and provide no flow restriction to speak of.
I wish Nathan would do the same on his Rat motor. Cause I have a feeling it will work just dandy....

well, my turbo inlet is exactly 4 inches. can you guys make me a housing. i am pretty sure i can make one. does the end of the sensor need to be in the exact center of the tube. if i make an adapter with a 4 inch pipe the sensor end will be about 2 1/2 inches from the bottom.

i just dont want to downsize from the compressor inlet.
dick fitzwell: the motor is still out of my car so that would be why i have no engine management. as soon as i get the rest of the thiings i need i will put the engine in. at no point did i ever assume that i was going to run the engine on the factory ecu. i almost thing that i wouldnt get out of my driveway.
