Which Upgrade is best for $2500?

Which Upgrade is best for $2500?
I have $2500 to throw down on my 2004 WRX. What upgrade kit is the best. I want great performance, but I don't want it to sound like a race car. If you can hear it 3 blocks away, then that is no good for me.
I was looking at Vishnu kits, APS kits, or custom parts.
Any thoughts?

I wonder who would win in a war, pirates or ninjas?
If a tree falls in the woods and no one is around to hear it, does it make any noise?
If Google.com isn't used for searching by anyone, is it still an engine?
The kits are *basically* the same things. Up-pipes, down pipes, boost controller, intercooler, BOV, and cat-bat exhaust section is the typical.
It all comes down to personal preference. I will personally vouch for the Vishnu kit, as i've rode in a car that has it equipped. For some reason i've never been fond of APS.

As long as it's in pink like where it says "Moderator" i'll be alright with it.

I already have "Sarcastic Jackass" registered as a trademark. If you do not cease and desist using this title I will be forced to take legal action. Or I'll call you funny names.
P.S. I also have a tradmark on the color Pink. So if you could all stop using the color Pink, it would be greatly appreciated.

Seriously, if you are concerned about sound, don't buy any until you hear one you know you like. I can vouch for the Vishnu being nice, but it's about half your budget (though worth it). Just find a local meet and listen to guys' cars until you like one. Then ask what it is.
