I never really thought about it like that before! That is actually a good point - get the AP and you would be able to put the settings back to stock for a smog.

However, for me, having an '05 I will not need to worry about any type of smog check until 2010.

That was a concern of mine also. According to Vishnu, putting the oem exhaust back on will be fine as long as you dont drive it hard.

Yeah, but wouldn't all the other computer settings be delivering diffent figures to the smog machine?
