My guess is they are both fairly comparable. I have the Vishnu stage one and I am getting 0-60 times around 4.7 sec. (g-tech pro - so accuracy may be within a tenth or so) I don't have a 1/4 mile time for you at this time, but will soon. I will be getting the stage 2 this winter. I think the Turbo XS is a little less expensive. I went for the Vishnu because their shop is less than three hours away (2-1/2 with the stage 2). If either shop is close to you, I would go with the shop that can dyno tune it for you. That will usually get you a few extra ponies. Otherwise, I would probably go with the best deal. Both systems have great reputations for quality.

Good luck

yea the dyno run is what im concerened about. i think im gonna go with the ecuteck tuning done at rallispec in nj. i think i can get all the parts cheaper if i buy them seperately anyway. but turboxs is basically down the street from me but ive heard some bad things about the utec. thanks for your reply.

The guys at Turboxs are arguably the best tuners in business. I would jump at the chance to get a dyno tune from them.
