Turbo Inlet Hose

Hey Guys,

What is the collective opinion on the value of turbo inlet hoses? Do they proform equally well or better than replacing your ic hoses? Are they worth the $200 + they cost? I have already replaced the ic hoses and noticed a difference.

Thanks for the input.

I replaced my turbo inlet hose with a perrin hose and it made a difference as far as throttle response and it seems that it helped spool up a little too. I cant compare it to intercooler hoses tough. I ended up needing to replace the turbo inlet because it had a few cuts in it so the intercooler hoses had to wait.

Thumbs up

after buying/installing APS u-p, I can see the value of an inlet, BUT I have been told that it's important not to just buy any; stay away from jpmoto, Irshad at GRD (Naperville, Illinois) says they collapse under load. Perrin has a good rep, best I have heard is Samco. I do not own one (yet) but from u-p install, I would not doubt that it adds SOMETHING.
