I'm new to this site and I need some help. I had a problem with my tec 2 so I had to send it to electromotive to get it fixed. On its way there it was dropped by UPS and when electromotive got it they still thought it was fine. They sent it back and I got it installed in my Impreza and it worked for about a month. It ended up breaking on me again so I had to send it back to Electromotive and now they say that there are hairline fractures in the curcuit board. So now im sitting here thinking that when UPS dropped it the curcuit board must have developed cracks in the fiberglass which then lead to the actual curcuits cracking a month after they sent it back. So, I want to go after both of these companies to see if I can get something out of this (Like a new tec2 or tec3). This whole process has had me waiting for about three months without my Subaru. The last thing I want to do is buy a new Tec 3 for $1800. Please respond if you have any ideas for me, it would be greatly appreciated.
