Sensor Question?

My o2 sensor has a resistor soldered in to it and my egt sensor is not connected and also has a resistor attached to it. My question is If I get a tune will I need both sensors to actually be reading and not have resistors attacthed to them as if they were stock? I am currently running cobb stage 1 off the shelf map and I want to be tuned. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Those resistors merely prevent generation of the CEL lamp on the dash and trouble code.

Tuning doesn't involve using those two factory sensors. Typically, a wideband O2 sensor is used by the tuner to measure air/fuel ratio.
