Reflash question

If i had an ecutek reflash with aftermarket bov and cold air intake, do i need a reflash if i went back to stock bov and a short air intake?

Which intake? The BOV doesn't matter as you cannot really tune for it.

Pretty good chance they had to tune for the intake and if you altered the intake after they tuned for it as a CAI your probably not getting a correct MAF signal now.Hard to tell without seeing a datalog.I would call who ever tuned you and see what they have to say.
