Q: Perrin Turbo inlet pipe pre-tune

I'm just about to go going to stage two (I'm stock, but just got an AP and an APS 3" TBE now) and am looking to get a turbo linlet hose to smooth the airflow in the car. Should I go stage two and the turbo pipe then get tuned or is it not safe enough since they say the regular Cobb maps are for a TBE setup only. I don't want to damage anything before I get a tune. THANKS!
