I wanted to buy a cobb accessport but was wondering who has the best price. suggestions

 

All vendors will charge close to the same price. Each customer is paying for a license from Cobb Tuning.

I suggest that rather than shopping for price comparisons, shop on criteria such as vendors who have done dyno testing in your local area, using the same pump gas during testing that you will be using, or the same race gas if that is the case. Cobb Tuning has maps that are revised as time goes on. You might try contacting them to see if they have visited Houston and conducted dyno testing. Houston is a pretty large market.

i found a deal on nasioc in the vendor classifieds for a cobb ap for 02/03 for $595 shipped, no tax or anything

 

and thats pretty much as good as it gets unless you got a "hookup"

 

They are all sold for the same price. I believe Cobb makes their authorized dealers sell them for the same price. Look for shops that will give you a combo deal for the AP and dyno tune.
