Question Pdxtunning

So, searching around for map solutions, mainly a solution to not having a pro tuner around for my accessport. Found that PDXTunning will create a map for you current mods for 150 bucks. Of course, this is done across the internet and not a dyno. This makes me curious. Has anyone used this, and what success have you had? I would think the map would be good, but wouldn't getting a tune on a dyno, etc.?

They send your map after you fill out their info sheet with your vehicle moddifications. You load map and datalog with free Tari software. You send PDX the datalogs and they retweek the map and send it back.Much ,much better results than the Cobb OTS maps and even better if you have a wideband to log.

Thaks for the extra bit of information. Guess I didn't get look at the site deep enough. But, have you used the service? And was the results similiar to the having a tune done on a dyno for an hour or so?

Donkey what is this free tari software? And were do you get it. I have one of PDX's maps I haven't had the car on the dyno yet but it does feel good. I have been driving with thier map for about 6 months now and no problems. They never told me about the datalogging and sending back the info so they can tweak the map.
