Need Help With Hookin Up My Air/fuel Gauge

i have a 3 pod for my car but i have no idea where the wire from the air/fuel gauge hooks to?? ppl told me i can hook it up to my ecu but u have no idea where and how??????? is there anywhere else i can hook it up to or can someone show me where to wire it to?

Car Info: '03 WRX Sedan

One end to a ground... the other end in a garbage disposal. AF gauges that use the narrowband stock O2 sensor are just filler gauges.

i also have an 04 and got mine hooked up to my ecu. its kinda hard to explain but i believe your gonna tap into a white wire... i know i know, theres many white wires but yeah... go get a wiring diagram...
