Modified WRX Injectors
A friend of mine is looking to install my USDM VF39 and STI TMIC. We know that we will need larger injectors and fuel pump. Is there anyone who modifies stock WRX injectors for larger flow? I was thinking Perrin or PE might take stock WRX injectors and do whats required. If not, can anyone recomend injectors and size?
Thanks
Thanks
We installed a Walbro fuel pump in my WRX when we did my VF39, but I don't think it's necessary... just more of a safeguard. As for the injectors, I know Perrin can mod them. Also get in touch with Jon @ TDC Tuning (tdctuning.com) in NH. I saw that someone had bought modded injectors off him, so I am assuming he can do them. He was the one who installed/tuned my VF39 so I trust his work. Good luck!

modding stock injectors will work, but on hot summer days you will get a lumpy idle since the spray pattern is gone, also if you do mod your injectors get them flow benched so you know what they are flowing.you could also install pe800cc injectors and call it a day..
