Loosing force at 5000 rpm

Your description of the problem is a little vague.
Has it always done this?
If not, when did it begin happening?
What mods are on the car (engine)?
How many miles do you have on the odometer?
Is your fuel economy still the same as before the problem began (sometimes a dropoff in economy indicates a problem).

The problem began 2 weeks ago, I only have a manual boost controler and cat less down pipe and yes my fuel economy is going down. My car is a 04 WRX with 22K miles. I have a WRX but feels like a Corrolla

Just abbreviations - 'ol' and 'cl' delay is open loop and closed loop delay, respectively. 'em' is engine management such as an EcuTek reflash or Cobb AccessPORT.
The open/closed loop delay may be your problem but this doesn't explain why you haven't experienced the power drop off after 5000 rpm before two weeks ago, with or without the manual boost controller hooked up.
If you haven't already done so, please check underhood for any loose vacuum hose connections (or cracked vacuum hoses) where your mbc was installed. Also check the intercooler hose connections underneath the intercooler and at the throttle body.
I don't think your spark plugs are the problem unless you cranked up the boost so high with the mbc that the spark plug electrodes were damaged by running lean under boost. On the other hand, changing them won't do any harm and spark plugs don't cost very much. If you change them, examine the electrodes and porcelain section that are exposed to combustion chamber for unusual wear or melted electrodes or cracked porcelain.
As Donkey has asked, do you have a boost gauge installed? Without one, you have no way of knowing what adjustments with the mbc were doing to your engine. With a working boost gauge, you would be able to see if the power drop off above 5000 rpm corresponds with a drop in boost pressure.

Funny that Wingless would mention IC connections! I had a broken hose clamp off the intercooler cause a similar problem not too long ago.
Hopefully its nothing terminal!

It sounds like the ECU is sensing some severe knock above 5k RPM and pulling timing to avoid it. The result is much less power in that range. Maybe you got a tank of bad gas, but either way, running an MBC on an untuned 04/05 wrx is just asking for trouble.
Thanks

A destroyed uppipe cat is actually just a bi-product of your real issue... the MBC. In an 04+ WRX, using an MBC causes a serious lean condition every time you go into any significant boost. This lean condition results in extremely high EGT's which caused damage to your uppipe cat. Please don't ignore the root of your issues because continuing to run your car in this manner will certainly reduce the life of your engine.
Thanks
