i got my laptop and i have an old software and seriell port data logger(prob like 5 years old) that i'm about to use on my link tommorow, i couldn't wait for my laptop and i ran the software on my desktop for kicks and got a what baud question. i think it was 3 different options. anyone know what this is and what should i pick? also is there any free software upgrades, maybe on kazza?
also, the seriell link allows for tuning as well right? i hear a slight knock when i'm in 5th gear and go full boost. weirdly enough at about 5K it goes away so to avoid engine trouble i actually have been down shifting to 4th when trying to pass a car...i figure i just need to enrichen the mixture at like 3K-5K, i dont have a any gauges except for a boost gauge, so i'm hoping the data logging will tell me whats going on.

any help would be appriciated,

i'll download the software upgrade now so i can work on the link this week-end. i was also wondering if the software will allow me to tune with my laptop and how easy/hard is it to get the hang of the interface...
