"Limp Home" EMS
Anyone have info on the specifics of the "Limp Home" electronic engine management system in Outbacks?

Any help is appreciated.

What exactly are you asking about it? All I can say is that since it's OBDII it has the capability to limit revs when it thinks there's something wrong wit the engine, like excessive knock or poor combustion.
