Laptop connection
Ok, here is a n00b question.
I have a Dell laptop that I'd like to connect to my '03 WRx computer to see what's what. I've seen people do it, but have no idea. I might even be barking up the wrong tree. Just need to know if it's possible and what stuff I'll need to do it (ie: cables, software, where to attach, etc).

You need Delta Dash. It's a bit of software from EcuTek that includes all the cables and hardware you need. Vishnu sells it for $330 on the website. As long as your computer has a serial port, it will work.

Mario, the one on the back of your computer has to be female (unlike the picture I posted) in order for the DD to hook up. I just checked. The DD cable has male.
