How much hp can I get with up pipe and down pipe

I wat to know if it is worthy, and if I'll feel the diference in my WRX?

yes you will feel it, about 10-20hp

add engine management (cobb, ecutek, ect..) and it will be 40-60 depending on dyno and tune. DO IT!
