If you have to ask, I would say a reflash.

Check out www.ecutek.com or www.cobbtuning.com for more information.

It all depends on the tuner you go with. The biggest cost of a reflash is the intial fee. It's the re-reflash that varies for each vendor.

I think Cobb Tuning is $395 and $20 for subsequent reflashes.

Ecutek vendors range from $595-$795 and re-reflashes go from free to $250 or so.

With a basic reflash of uppipe, downpipe, catback exhaust, and Samco hoses, you'll gain some 30+HP and way more pucker factor in your butt cheeks

Just to let you know though is that Cobb only recently broke the Subaru code and is still making maps for different engine configurations. They have many, but do not have as much as some of the Ecutek tuners that have a few more months on them of experience. If you choose to go with an Ecutek system, I would recommend either http://www.dyno-comp.com or www.vishnutuning.com Both are excellent.

Then decide if you really need to go faster with a larger turbo, etc...
