a/f gague ( will this work off the stock 02 sensor? )

A narrow band sensor is useless for tuning. It's more of a dancing light then anything. What you want is a wideband O2 sensor and display kit. www.techedge.com.au has some reasonably priced ones. I have one And they keep getting better with each revision

something to increase fuel pressure (new pump, fuel pressure
riser? help!)

larger injectors (probably turbo legacy)

A fuel pump is a good idea, but an adjustable regulator is probably not. An adjustable regulator is more of a band-aid fix when you are running short of fuel. If you were experiencing some high IDC's, you could bump up fuel pressure a tad and make up for it. But that IMO is poor tuning. Thats where the larger injectors come in. That is the best way to compensate for a lack of fuel. Of course it's not the cheapest.

However to get the most out of your engine and it's performance, you should look into some sort of engine managment. I would say a LINK would be a good start as there is a lot of good vendors like i-speed on this board that can assist you for a very reasonable rate. Of course there are many other universal engine managment systems out there worth looking at as well like Autronic, SDS, TEC, and more.
