ecuflash problem

im going back to stock for warranty work. all my stock parts are on and i was trying to reflash back to the stock map but the computer and car were not communicating. the bottom right hand corner of the program said NO VEHICLE INTERFACE. i was doing everything right, followed all the steps but still no vehicle interface..... any ideas on what could be happening guys? iam guessing the openport wire got damaged some how but its been in storage since i used it to reflash to xpt stage 2. thanks for any feed back

If you are doing everything correctly it should work. Take a second look at things.

your computer isn't recognizing the Tactrix cable. Reinstall the driver.

reinstall the tactrix cable driver, it is included in the ECUFlash installation. Look in the ECUFlash program files the driver is in there. Reinstall it.

you need to plug in the green d-check connector under the left side of the dash.
