cobb acessport mounted on dash pics
i want ideas on how to mount my acessport to the dash when i get it so any ideas (very custom to easy) would be helpful

Sounds like an idea I have been working on

I want to get a bracket made that can hold the AP where the CD player is, then get a single radio din for where the clock is. For an on/off to the AP, use a USP passive 2-port hub...
The AP is somewhat small so have the bracket set up to hold the modules for the various things cars end up with, gauge control, turbo timer, ect...
Beats putting it all in the glove box
It’s still a very rough idea but that's what I think.

well youre going to get completely different ideas for the v1 and the v2. Partly because they look completely different and greatly differ in size, but also because the APv2's features make it necessary to put somewhere thats easy to reach and easy to see while driving. The APv1 however can just go somewhere down low, I think I've only heard of one person even mounting it anywhere. For my APv2 I have a generic vent clip cell phone holder that I clip on the left vent above the stereo. I also used the USB cord from my motorola phone (1.5' or 3', I forget which) but it reaches that distance perfectly so you dont have a bunch of cord
