Cobb Accessport without tuning car

Hi all, I'm new to the Subaru world and just had some questions about the Cobb accessport.

I've got a 2004 WRX that I'm mainly going to be using for daily driving.

I'm planning on buying a Catback exhaust w/ an aftermarket catted downpipe and a Cobb AP v.2.
My question is, after intalling the turboback, could I just plug in the Accessport, select map, and drive the car without encountering any problems?

Or is it recommended that I get a custom tune w/ the accessport after installing the turboback?

Thanks all.
