its tomorrow and i keep checking the website like every 30min to see if mine shipped yet...starting to get impatient

 

I just called them and they said that the ones for "consumers" will be shipped out Monday or Tuesday....I'm guessing non-consumers would be vendors and other retailers? Not sure who I spoke with though

 

Just talked to I believe Justin from Cobb who said they are shipping out today. I asked if that was to vendors or pre-orders through Cobb and he said it was to as many people as possible.

 

Also, the AP v2 info page has changed from "AccessPORT 2 Pre-Order" to just "AccessPORT 2"

anyone actually get a tracking number? Interesting that they would have such a massive shipment and then shut down for a week. You think they would stick around for shipping issues and device problems. Just a thought.

 

you'd think they'd solve programing issues more than a day before the initial release and build time into the release schedule for things like last minute production problems. You'd also think theyd stay in better contact with customers that have forked over $700 on pre-orders if you're having issues with final development...

crybabies, just wait patiently for your product, remember, they are providing you with something...not the other way around.

 

its the lack of communication that pisses me off. Yeah, Id be slightly annoyed if I gave them $700 and then they told me the AP's would be delayed an explained why and kept me up to date. But to just change the date on the announcement from November 30th to "first or second week in December" and not explain why to anyone or say whats being done currently is just bad business practice.
